Yes. Your food logs, symptom logs, and allergy profile live on your device. There is no account to create. When you scan or look up a food, the photo or text is sent to our processing service to identify it and flag allergens. We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers. No. AllergAI is an informational tool, not a medical device. It can miss hidden or trace allergens, and the absence of a flag is not a guarantee that a food is safe. For any allergy that could be severe or life threatening, do not rely on the app. Always verify ingredients and follow guidance from your physician or allergist. If you have a serious reaction, use epinephrine if prescribed and call emergency services immediately.

AllergAI is a subscription app, and billing is handled by Apple. Any price and trial details are shown in the app before you purchase, and you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. See the Terms of Use for details.

AllergAI does not store your logs in iCloud or any online account, so there is no cloud copy to erase. Everything you record lives in the app's storage on your device, and deleting the app removes it. One caveat: if you back your iPhone up to iCloud, Apple's device backup can include a copy of the app's data until that backup cycles out. You can manage or delete device backups in Settings under your name, then iCloud. If you are in a region with data rights (for example EEA/UK or California) and need anything else, email support@allergai.com.

Yes. AllergAI can export a physician ready PDF summarizing your patterns and suspected triggers, so you can bring real evidence to your allergist instead of a vague description.
